The Metropolitan Police Service child abuse investigation team has charged David Lowe, 60 with 7 counts of indecent assault against seven separate victims, all boys aged between 10 and 14 years-old at the time of the offences. We represent one of the complainants in a civil action.

Lowe appeared at Southwark Crown Court on 24th September 2014, where he faced seven counts of indecent assault on boys aged under 14. He entered not guilty pleas to the charges. Judge Anthony Leonard QC bailed Lowe to appear back at Southwark Crown Court for trial to commence in January 2015.
