Tracey Emmott, Principal Solicitor

Tracey Emmott is a solicitor with over 12 years’ experience in personal injury law. She is a former partner of a regional law firm in the Home Counties and has a regional and national reputation. Tracey has appeared on TV, radio and in the national press. She is the claimant's lawyer in the much publicised cases of 'JGE' v Roman Catholic Diocese of Portmouth(Court of Appeal, July 2012) and in 'ABB' & others v Milton Keynes Council (High Court,October 2011). She also represents a cohort of victims of abuse in Jersey children's homes,and has recently been instructed in a 'group' action by victims of abuse in St Francis Boys' Home, Shefford.

Jacqui Morton, Chartered Legal Executive

Jacqui is a Chartered Litigation Executive, and has extensive experience in a wide range of personal injury claims. Francesca Cirillo, Practice Manager

Francesca joined us from a London legal aid firm. She has a background working in the areas of family and care proceedings, and has also worked in civil litigation.

She has extensive experience of public funding work, has a keen eye for detail, and is an integral member of our team.

Francesca is also fluent in Italian and therefore we will be delighted to assist you if Italian is your preferred language of communication. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Bernadette "Barny" James, Legal Assistant

Bernadette joined us from a Cambridgeshire family law firm where she was recognised for her 'sympathetic ear' and extremely good relationships with clients, staff and other professionals. Her background in family and care work equips her perfectly for her role in our team. She is also valued for her dogged determination in tracking down records!

Barny is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Oliver Scott-Petrie, Legal Assistant

Oliver has recently completed his Legal Practice Course following a Law degree at the University of Brighton. Prior to commencing his LPC he worked and travelled in the Far East and Australia, including trekking in the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. He has a keen interest in classical and electric guitar. His cheerful approach,'can do' attitude and able analytical skills make him a most welcome addition to our team.
