Personal injury claims

If you have suffered injury in the past three years as a result of being involved in an accident that wasn't your fault, you may be entitled to recover compensation.

We understand that making the decision to bring a personal injury claim and embark on litigation can be both stressful and daunting. In recognising this we offer a professional, efficient and sympathetic approach to our clients by providing the fullest advice in easy to understand and simple language.

By using our wealth of experience and skills as personal injury claims solicitors we will support you every step of the way. We pride ourselves on a personal service and we are dedicated to maximising our client's damages to ensure proper recognition and recompense for injury.

If your claim is successful you can recover compensation ("damages"). This may include reimbursement for past and future loss of earnings, care, damage to property and general expenses.

How your claim can be funded

We can offer "no win no fee" agreements (known as conditional fee agreements) backed by an insurance policy so as to safeguard you against costs. If you are successful the other party pays your costs, and you pay a limited 'success fee' from your damages.

This means that if your claim is unsuccessful you pay us nothing. If you think you may have the benefit of legal expenses insurance we will correspond with your relevant insurer to determine if they are agreeable to underwrite your costs.

On receiving your instructions we will quickly identify who is liable for your accident and if necessary arrange immediate treatment and rehabilitation.
